RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to help you to purchase exactly what you need.
Therefore we will gladly refund or exchange any item provided it is still in an unused and perfectly saleable condition and returned to us within 30 days of date of purchase.
Should you not have the original documentation we may not accept the return at all. Without the original documentation we may accept the goods in exchange for other goods, with or without a handling charge, but not for a refund.
Please note that any stock item processed or tinted by you or by us in any way, is not returnable unless defective.
Manufacturers’ Warranties may be refused / voided if the item has been worked upon by an unauthorised person.
Within 6 months from date of purchase, we will gladly repair, replace or refund any defective product. Goods returned within 6 months from date of purchase for repairs carry an additional 3 month guarantee on all repair work. Burmeisters reserves the right to send the goods for technical evaluation prior to repairing, refunding or exchanging the goods.
Additionally, products cannot be returned or refunded if:
- Damaged by Lightning or other “Acts of God” / Force Majeure.
- Misused or purposely damaged.
- Used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed.
- Not used as described in the user manual supplied with the product.
- Specially ordered for you items.
- Vouchers for pre-paid services.
